A Kaiseki meal is a treat fit for the Emperor. Very traditional, diners are presented and elegent collection of dishes- just enough, not too spicy, and elegantly presented. We had a bento box option at the kaiseki restaurant for lunch. Only the truly beautiful people are allowed kaiseki dining. Of course, since sitting on the floor is another tradition, several of us required assistance standing up again.
